Due to the perishable nature of our products (including fresh flowers, cakes, and gift hampers), we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.

2. Order Accuracy

Please make sure all order details (recipient name, address, phone number, delivery date, and message) are correct before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In rare cases where your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
